Teaching commitment

APA's long-term vision and specific goals are to improve the quality of teaching, promote the Pilates culture, and let more people around the world understand and join the Pilates family.

In the continuous promotion process, a clear set of teaching standards will be maintained, including teacher qualifications, teaching methods, course content, facilities and equipment requirements.

At the same time, we are committed to providing high-quality teaching content, ensuring that teachers have the necessary professional knowledge and skills, and constantly updating teaching methods to adapt to changes in the industry.

And we encourage and support teachers to engage in continuing education and professional development activities to keep their teaching skills current and effective.

It will also establish a system in the community to collect feedback from students to evaluate and improve the quality of teaching.

Guide all Alliance members to have and be able to provide a safe learning environment, ensuring that all exercises comply with health and safety guidelines.

It also focuses on the principle of equality and is committed to respecting and welcoming students from different backgrounds and providing a non-discriminatory learning environment.

Throughout the Alliance's existence, we encourage global faculty, students, administrators, and others to engage in discussions and escalation processes to ensure that the commitment is widely supported and effectively implemented.
